두바이 전력수자원청(DEWA)은 Robotic Process Automatic(RPA) 시스템을 도입하여 운영, 생산성, 데이터의 정확성 향상, 절차 가속화 및 2021년까지 작업시간 총 4만 시간을 단축하며 비용을 절감하는 성과를 이루었다. DEWA의 RPA 시스템은 비즈니스 프로세스를 자동화하여 반복적이고 일상적인 작업을 줄이게 한다.

RPA는 서버 취약성 상태 업데이트, DEWA의 가상 인공 지능(AI) 직원에 대한 데이터 캐싱 서비스 모니터링, WCA(작업 정리 응용 프로그램) 프로세스, GIS(지리정보시스템) 모니터링 시스템, 은행 보증서(뱅크 오퍼), 도메인 네이밍 시스템 (DNS) 검색 등과 같은 자동화 관련 여러 이니셔티브가 포함된다.

Robotic Process Automatic (RPA) improves DEWA’s productivity and reduces operations by 40,000 hours

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has achieved significant results in terms of improving operations, productivity, the accuracy of data, accelerating procedures and reducing costs and duration for tasks with a total of 40,000 hours until 2021. DEWA uses RPA to automate business processes to reduce repetitive and routine tasks.

The RPA includes several initiatives such as the automation: of server vulnerability status update, data caching service monitoring of DEWA’s virtual Artificial Intelligence (AI) employee, work clearance application (WCA) process, GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Monitoring System, Bank Guarantee Statement (bank offers), and Domain Naming System (DNS) Scanning.
