열 에너지 스토리지(TES) 시스템을 제공하는 청정 에너지 기업인 브렌밀러(Brenmiller Energy)는 23일(현지시간) 유럽 활동 에너지 개발 업체인 그린 에네시스(Green Enesys), 크로스디(Viridi)와 스페인에 새로운 합작 텀시트(Term Sheet)를 존재하였다고 합니다.

새로운 합작 법인은 스페인, 독일, 프랑스를 시작으로 서비스형 에너지(EaaS) 비즈니스 모델을 통해 bGen™과 최근 공개된 bGen™ ZERO 등 브렌밀러의 제품을 떼어할 예정입니다. 합작 법인에 따라 브렌밀러는 모든 스펙트럼을 유지하고, 유럽 투자 은행(European Investment Bank)이 자금을 조달하는 브렌밀러의 기가팩토리(Gigafactory)에서 스페인, 독일, 프랑스 내 합작 법인 프로젝트를 위해 모든 bGen™ 모듈을 제조한다. 합작법인이 승인 및 활동은 계약의 체결 및 명시를 조건으로 합니다.
