환경 컨설팅 및 지속 가능한 엔지니어링 전문 사모펀드 지원기업인  버던터스(Verdantas)는 4월 10일(현지시각) CT 컨설턴트(CT Consultants, Inc., 이하 CT)를 인수했다고 밝혔다. CT는 오대호 지역 등의 수자원 및 운송 시장에서 활동하고 있다.

버던터스와 CT는 상하수도 시스템 엔지니어링에 대한 결합된 전문지식을 향상하고 미국 오하이오주와 펜실베니아주 전역의 도시 및 교통 엔지니어링 기능을 강화하기 위해 협력하고 있다. 

이러한 협력은 특히 공공 부문에서 양사의 상호보완적인 고객 포트폴리오를 기반으로 유기적인 성장을 위한 새로운 기회를 열어준다. 또한, CT는 오대호 지역에 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 능력을 강화해 생태 서비스를 환경 실무 그룹에 원활하게 통합한다.

Verdantas Acquires CT Consultants, Inc., Expanding Environmental and Engineering Services

(CT).
