GE는 5월 27일 WIBAX 그룹의 부분인 스위스 회사인 WIBAX Energy AB사가 GE의 물 기술을 북유럽 지역에 배급한다고 발표했다.

5월1일부터 시작된 배급협정은 덴마크, 스웨덴, 노르웨이를 포함한다. 협정은 WIBAX가 GE의 첨단 물 기술을 회사의 고객들에게 전달하며 운영비용 절감을 통해 효율을 개선 할 예정이라고 밝혔다. 또한 GE는 WIBAX와 비슷한 안전과 준수가치를 공유 한다고 설명했다.

GE announced on 27 May 2014 that the Swedish company WIBAX Energy AB, part of the WIBAX Group, would distribute GE's water technologies in the Nordic region.

The distribution agreement, which started on 1 May 2014, will cover Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

The agreement will enable WIBAX to deliver GE's latest water technologies to its customers to improve efficiency while reducing operating costs. Both WIBAX and GE share similar safety and compliance values as well as an understanding of the value-service delivery model, says GE.

WIBAX is a high technology specialist company that sources, processes, sells and delivers special products and base chemicals to the pulp and paper, metal, mining and district heating industries across Europe, mostly in the Nordic region. The company has a sales turnover of around Krona 600 million (US$ 90 million) in 2013.
