[미국] 텍사스 담수화 협회, 9월 학회 개최

텍사스 담수화 협회는 9월 11~12일 텍사스 오스틴에서 두 번째 연례 회의인 Texas Desal 2014: Best Practices and Emerging Technology를 개최한다고 발표했다.

학회 참가자는 텍사스 지역의 해수와 소금물 담수화의 좋은 사례를 배우고 내년 산업에서 운영될 최신 기술에 대해 배울 예정이다. 또한 산업 지도자, 정책결정자, 규제 담당자, 연구원과 국가 지도자는 Texas Water Plan과 Prop 6 기금에 대해 논의하고 대표자는 환경 고려사항과 지하수 관리 정책, 입법계획, 규제 문제에 대한 패널 토론을 들을 예정이라고 밝혔다.

The Texas Desalination Association is hosting its second annual conference Texas Desal 2014: Best Practices and Emerging Technology on 11-12 September 2014 in Austin, Texas.

Attendees at the conference will learn about best practices in the desalination of brackish water and seawater in Texas, and new technology that will drive the industry in coming years.

Industry leaders, policymakers, regulators, researchers, and state leaders will talk about the Texas Water Plan and Prop 6 funding. Delegates will be able to listen to panel discussions on environmental considerations, groundwater management policies, legislative initiatives and regulatory issues.
