스코틀랜드 워터(Utility Scottish Water)는 앳킨스(Atkins), RPS로 구성된 ARC와 MWH, 모트 맥도날드(Mott MacDonald)로 구성된 m2 등 두 개의 합작벤처에 2015∼2021년 투자계획에 대한 기술자문지원을 승인했다.

이번 계약은 6년간 모두 1억2천만 파운드의 가치를 가지는 것으로 알려졌으며, 스코틀랜드 워터는 2027년까지 계약을 연장할 수 있다. 계약에 따라 두 합작벤처는 2021년까지 스코틀랜드 워터 및 연맹 파트너십 구축을 지원하는 자문계약 프레임워크를 구축하게 된다.

 

 

 

Utility Scottish Water has appointed two joint ventures - ARC, comprising of Atkins and RPS, and m2, comprising MWH and Mott MacDonald - to provide technical consultancy support in the 2015-2021 investment programme.

 

The contract is worth ￡120 million over six years divided between the two ventures, with an option for Scottish Water to extend the agreement to 2027.

 

The two joint ventures form a framework of consultancy contractors which will be used to support Scottish Water and its construction Alliance partners in the delivery of construction and maintenance projects between now and 2021.

 

Scottish Water’s 2015-21 investment programme will see both maintenance and improvements to existing assets - such as pipes, pumping stations and water treatment works.

 

ARC and m² will provide technical consultancy support to the in-house delivery team at a local level by ensuring efficient delivery of improvements to these assets.

 

A total of 70% of Scottish Water’s investment programme is carried out by Scottish based companies.
