[미국] 홀랜드 서비스, 뉴멕시코의 생산수 파이프라인 완성

에너지 및 운송 산업에서 업스트림(upstream), 미드스트림(midstream), 다운스트림(downstream)을 포함한 토지 서비스의 국가적 리더인 홀랜드 서비스(Holland Services)는 뉴멕시코 리카운티(Lea County)의 레드 힐스(Red Hills)지역에 위치한 생산수 파이프라인 프로젝트 매니저로서의 역할을 성공적으로 끝냈다.

홀랜드 서비스의 미드스트림 부문은 설계, 엔지니어링, 방법, 환경, 건설, 그리고 점검, 소유주 및 운영자를 대신한 유전수 로지스틱스(Oilfield Water Logistics,OWL)까지 파이프라인의 모든 측면을 감독했다.

OWL 부사장이자 최고정보관리담당자(CIO)인 로저 존슨(Roger Johnson)은 "홀랜드 서비스의 프로젝트 팀은 이 프로젝트의 무수히 많은 활동을 처리하고 가속 기간동안 그것을 해내어 함께 일하는 것에 있어서 최고였다"고 밝혔다.

PRODUCED WATER PIPELINE IN NEW MEXICO COMPLETED BY HOLLAND SERVICES

Holland Services, a national leader in land services including upstream, midstream, and downstream for the energy and transportation industries, has successfully concluded its role as project manager for a produced water pipeline located in the Red Hills area of Lea County, New Mexico.

The midstream division of Holland Services oversaw all aspects of the pipeline from design, engineering, right of way, environmental, construction, and testing, on behalf of the owner/operator ? Oilfield Water Logistics (OWL).

Roger Johnson, OWL Executive Vice President, CIO, commented, "The project team at Holland Services was excellent to work with, handling the myriad dynamics of this project and doing so under an accelerated timeframe."

“The OWL management team was seeking a top of the line system that could grow with the development and demand from Delaware Basin producers working the Red Hills area in Southwest New Mexico. Holland Services was honored to be chosen to manage and deliver this pivotal project on their behalf,” stated Bryan Gaudin, COO of Holland Services.

Known as the Red Hills Produced Water Transportation Pipeline in New Mexico, the 30-mile, 16” fiberglass, high-capacity pipeline, is capable of carrying over 150,000 barrels per day, and now that it is operational, is the basic infrastructure that affords producers the ability for water transfer and handling at the lowest possible cost in the Red Hills area.
