[프랑스] 스페인과 지부티에 재생 가능한 담수화 플랜트 건설

지부티(Djibouti)에서 6천300만 유로 규모의 개발로 인해 재생 가능한 담수화를 통한 일일 최대 4만5천㎥의 식수를 볼 수 있게 되었다.

국가 경제 및 재정부는 프로젝트 관리자 역할을 하는 국립 상수·폐수 처리 사무국(ONEAD)과의 협상서 권한을 가진다.

 
거래에서 3천700만 유로를 획득한 프랑스 엔지니어링사 Eiffage Genie Civil은 스페인의 물 회사인 Tedagua와 함께 컨소시엄에서 이를 제공할 예정이다.

 
Doraleh 지역에 건설되는 담수화 플랜트는 초기 용량 2만2천500㎥/일에서 4만5천㎥/일로 생산량을 확장할 계획이다.

 
이 작업은 즉시 시작되며 3년 동안 실시된다. 컨소시엄은 5년 동안 플랜트를 운영할 것이다.

French/Spanish partnership to deliver Djibouti renewable desalination development

A €63 million development in Djibouti will see up to 45,000 m3/day of drinking water delivered by renewable powered desalination.

 
The country’s Economy and Finance Ministry has commissioned the deal, with the National Water and Wastewater Treatment Office (ONEAD) serving as project manager.

 
French engineering company Eiffage Genie Civil, taking €37 million from the deal, will deliver it in a consortium with Spanish water company Tedagua.

 
To be built in the Doraleh neighbourhood, the desalination plant will initially have a capacity of 22,500 m3 /day with plans to extend production to 45,000 m3/day.

 
In addition, a 5,000 cubic metre storage tank and a 8.5 km-long pipeline of 700 mm of diameter will be built to connect the plant to the city’s public water system.

 
The works will begin immediately and last three years. The consortium will then operate the plant for a five-year period.
