노틸러스 데이터 테크놀러지스(Nautilus Data Technologies; Nautilus)는 블랙앤비치(Black & Vatch)를 유지하여 스톡턴(Stockton) 항에 위치한 7메가와트(MW) 북캘리포니아 데이터 센터에서 제3자 실사 보고서 및 커미셔닝 감독을 수행했다. 블랙앤비치는 냉각, 전기 및 기계 시스템이 설계된 대로 작동하는지 확인했다.

노틸러스(Nautilus)는 특허받은 TRUE™(Total Resource Usage Effectivity ; 총 자원 사용 효과) 기술을 사용하여 가까운 바다, 강 또는 호수의 재순환수를 사용하여 데이터센터 환경을 냉각하는 데이터센터를 개발한다.

Black & Veatch Completes Commissioning On World's First Zero-Water Consumption Commercial Data Center

Black & Veatch, a global leader in data center engineering and construction, announces today that it has completed commissioning oversight for the world’s first zero water consumption commercial data center.

Nautilus Data Technologies (Nautilus) retained Black & Veatch to conduct a third-party due diligence report and commissioning oversight at its 7-megawatt (MW) Northern California data center, located in the Port of Stockton. Black & Veatch verified the cooling, electrical and machinery systems functioned as designed.

Nautilus develops data centers that use its patented TRUE™ (Total Resource Usage Effectiveness) technology to use recirculated water from a nearby ocean, river or lake to cool the data center environment.

Utilizing a body of water as a heat sink, the facility consumes no water, produces no wastewater, and requires no refrigerants or water treatment chemicals, cooling towers or computer room air handlers.
