엔지니어링 기업 Neptune Benson이 캐나다 기반의 정수기업 Sonitec Vortisand을 비공식 액수에 매입했다. Neptune Benson의 최고경영자 Kenneth Rodi는 “이번 Sonitec 인수는 Neptune의 ETS UV 제품라인을 많은 산업 공정의 수처리에서 적용하도록 보강한다”고 말했다.

Sonitec의 공동 대표인 Denis Deschenes와 Maurice Piche는 “Neptune의 판매 네트워크와 Audax Group가 만들어낸 시너지는 Sonitec의 시장침투를 가속화시키고, 미국 내 강한 기반을 제공해 줄 것”으로 기대했다.

 

 

 

Engineering firm Neptune Benson, has bought Canada-based water filtration company, Sonitec Vortisand, for an undisclosed sum.

 

Chief executive officer of Neptune Benson, Kenneth Rodi, said, "The acquisition of Sonitec compliments our ETS UV product line with many applications in industrial process water treatment."

 

Co-owners of Sonitec, Denis Deschenes and Maurice Piche, said: "The synergies with Neptune Benson sales network and the depth of [middle market investor] Audax Group resources will accelerate the market penetration of Sonitec and provide the company with a strong base in the USA."
