테트라테크(Tetra Tech)는 버지니아 비엔나의 인더스(INDUS Corporation)사를 인수했다고 지난 15일 발표했다. 인더스는 미국 연방정부 고객층을 대상으로 데이터 분석, 공간정보 분석, 보안 인프라, 소프트웨어 장비관리에 기반한  IT 솔루션 기업으로 IT 분야에서 많은 연방 계약을 체결해 왔다.

테트라테크의 CEO인 Dan Batrack은 “테트라테크의 상위 물관리 컨설팅 경력과 인더스의 공간적 물 정보 관리 능력을 통합함으로써 EPA와 같은 주요 고객에 대한 서비스를 확대할 수 있게 됐다”고 말했다.

 

 

 

Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEK) announced today that it has acquired INDUS Corporation of Vienna, Virginia. INDUS is an information technology (IT) solutions firm focused on data analytics, geospatial analysis, secure infrastructure, and software applications management for U.S. federal government customers. The company has more than 150 employees and brings significant federal contracts in the IT sector.

 

“Integrating Tetra Tech’s top-ranked water management consulting experience with INDUS’s spatial and water information management capabilities expands our services for key clients such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency,” said Dan Batrack, Tetra Tech’s Chairman and CEO. “With our combined expertise, we can assist customers in managing large data repositories and expand our smart water services, including analysis and real-time decision making in the water sector.”

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. INDUS is joining Tetra Tech’s Water, Environment & Infrastructure business segment. The McLean Group, LLC, advised INDUS Corporation in the transaction.
