톰슨 파이프 그룹(Thompson Pipe Group)은 U.S. Pipe의 콘크리트 및 강철 압력 파이프 자산을 확보하기 위한 최종 합의에 들어갔다. 새로운 회사는 톰슨 파이프 그룹이라는 이름으로 운영되며, 북미 지역에서 가장 크고 다양한 압력 파이프 공급 업체 중 하나가 되어 전국의 제조 장소를 갖게 된다.

톰슨 파이프 그룹은 개착 및 비개착 설치를 위한 다양한 압력 및 중력 파이프 제품 솔루션을 사용하여 수도 및 폐수 인프라뿐만 아니라 전력 및 산업 시장을 제공할 것이다. 모든 제품은 이 부문 안에서 가장 완벽한 엔지니어링 지원, 현장 서비스, 운송 지원을 받게 된다.

THOMPSON PIPE GROUP TO ACQUIRE ASSETS OF U.S. PIPE

Thompson Pipe Group has entered a definitive agreement to acquire the concrete and steel pressure pipe assets of U.S. Pipe, a division of Forterra. The new entity will operate under the name Thompson Pipe Group, and becomes one of the largest and most diverse pressure pipe providers in North America, with manufacturing locations across the country.

 
Thompson Pipe Group will provide the water and wastewater infrastructure, as well as, the power and industrial markets with various pressure and gravity pipe product solutions for open-cut and trenchless installations. All products will be backed by the most complete engineering support, field services, and transportation support within the sector.

 
The acquisition positions Thompson Pipe Group to serve the growing needs of a vital industry at an important time in its history.
