듀폰은 2021년 LGBTQ+이퀄리티 부문에서 HRC 기업평등지수(CEI)에서 9년 연속 100%의 점수를 받았다고 지난 1월 28일 밝혔다.

HRC에 따르면 2021년 CEI 결과는 1142개 미국 기업이 미국에서 LGBTQ 친화적 직장 정책을 어떻게 추진하고 있는지를 보여준다. 또한 글로벌 사업장을 보유한 CEI 등급 기업의 57%가 LGBTQ가 해외 사업장에 편입되는 원인을 발전시키는 데 도움을 주고 있다.

CEI의 모든 기준을 충족시키기 위한 듀폰의 노력은 100%의 순위를 얻었고 LGBTQ Equality를 위한 가장 일하기 좋은 직장 중 하나로 지정되었습니다. CEI는 고용주들이 1800만 명 이상의 미국 근로자와 추가로 1700만 명의 해외 근로자에게 이러한 중요한 보호를 제공하는 것으로 평가했다.

DuPont Named 2021 Best Place To Work For LGBTQ+ Equality By The Human Rights Campaign Foundation

WILMINGTON, Del., Jan. 28, 2021 – DuPont (NYSE:DD) has been named a 2021 "Best Place to Work” for LGBTQ+ Equality by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation and received a score of 100% on the HRC’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the ninth consecutive year.

According to HRC, the results of the 2021 CEI showcase how 1,142 US-based companies are promoting LGBTQ-friendly workplace policies in the US. In addition, 57% of CEI-rated companies with global operations are helping advance the cause of LGBTQ inclusion in workplaces abroad.

The CEI rates employers providing these crucial protections to over 18 million US workers and an additional 17 million abroad. Companies rated in the CEI include Fortune magazine’s 500 largest publicly traded businesses, American Lawyer magazine’s top 200 revenue-grossing law firms (AmLaw 200), and hundreds of publicly and privately held mid- to large-sized businesses.
