Pall Corp. announces acquisition of Filter Specialists Inc.
 
Pall Corporation (NYSE:PLL), a specialist in filtration, separation and purification solutions and technologies, has acquired Filter Specialists Inc., (FSI), a specialist in filtration, operating in a variety of industrial markets.

Through the acquisition, Pall will obtain FSI's Polyweld®, Polymicro® and BOS filter bags, along with its extensive line of both steel and plastic filter vessels.

The recent acquisition complements Pall's impact in existing addressable markets and provides potential opportunities for growth, particularly in the oil and gas and chemical markets as well as other industrial sectors.
