[Cambi] 슬러지 처리 프로젝트 계약을 통해 중국 시장 진출

노르웨이 회사인 Cambi사가 5개 대규모 슬러지 처리 프로젝트을 위한 열적가수분해 공정(THP) 기술을 제공하는 계약을 Beijing Drainage Construction사와 체결했다고 밝혔다. 첫 설치는 Gaobeidian에 위치한 베이징의 가장 큰 오수처리공장(WWTP)에 될 것이다.

이 공장은 약 3백2십만 명의 시민을 위해 백만 m3/d의 오수처리능력을 가진다. 베이징 배수 그룹이 소유`운영하고 있는 이 공장은 중국에서 가장 큰 오수처리 공장 중 하나이며, Cambi사의 THP기술은 2016년까지 적용되어 작동될 예정이다. 전략적 협력 부분으로써 네 개의 대규모 슬러지 프로젝트들은 THP기술과 높은 건조고체 흡수, 높은 건조고체 탈수를 이용해 2016년에서 2017년 사이에 지어질 것이다.

Five-part Beijing sludge contract helps Cambi enter Chinese market

Beijing Drainage Construction Co. has awarded Norwegian company Cambi a contract to supply Thermal Hydrolysis Process (THP) technology for five large scale sludge treatment projects.
 
The first installation will be at Beijing’s largest wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Gaobeidian, which has a wastewater treatment capacity of one million m3/d, serving a population of about 3.2 million people.

Owned and operated by the Beijing Drainage Group, this is one of the largest wastewater treatment plants in China and Cambi’s THP will be fitted and operated by 2016.

As part of a strategic cooperation, another four large-scale sludge projects are to be built between 2016-2017, using THP and high dry solids digestion and high dry solids dewatering.

When operational, all five sludge plants will treat 6000 tonnes/day of sludge.
The Gaobeidian Advanced Digestion Plant consists of a 20-reactor Cambi Thermal Hydrolysis plant with four process trains followed by Advanced Digestion and high dry-solids dewatering.

Eight of the old digesters will be demolished to make space for the THP and the Anammox process (see WWi article) for treatment of the liquid from dewatering the digested sludge.

Cambi said: “The THP-plant will process all the sewage sludge produced at the plant and thereby double existing digester loading and freeing eight of 16 existing anaerobic digesters, increase biogas production, produce a high dry solids bio-fertilizer, and replace a planned drying facility.”

Lei Shi, general manager of Beijing Drainage Construction Company, said: “Our partnership is truly a historic moment for China and will provide the country with an environmentally friendly solution to the treatment of sludge.”
